As founder and CEO of Wild Mountain Capital since 2018, Sells has successfully executed over 60 real estate projects, transforming neglected properties into vibrant, sustainable communities. In February 2024, he expanded his influence by founding Impact Growth Capital, focusing on high-return opportunities while driving positive social change across high-growth markets in the United States. This experience in property transformation and community development aligns perfectly with Blue Gold Exploration's mission to revolutionize water resource discovery and management.

His distinguished military career as Director of Medical Plans and Strategy for the Air Force Special Operations Command (2015-2018) included leading Global Health Engagement initiatives across multiple continents. As a Fellow with USAID's Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance, he managed complex infrastructure projects across nine provinces, demonstrating exceptional ability to execute large-scale projects in challenging environments.
